Yoga + Mindfulness

Join us for yoga with Lotus Yoga (Bonnie Currie)

and UmaLumina Yoga (Rhonda Bell) at Good Shepherd!


Since the summer of 2020, Good Shepherd has hosted yoga and mindfulness classes (in Craig Hall and the beautiful courtyard, weather-permitting) facilitated by Bonnie Currie and Rhonda Bell. Both have been teaching yoga for about 20 years, and their yoga class offerings are suitable for all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels with a focus on mindfulness, breathing, quiet reflection, deep relaxation, increasing flexibility, and building strength. 


The current yoga class offerings at Good Shepherd are as follows:

Mondays:                9:00 am    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga with Rhonda

                                 6:00 pm    Athletic Vinyasa Yoga with Bonnie

 

Tuesdays:                6:15 pm    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga with Rhonda

                                  7:30 pm    Integral Hatha Yoga with Rhonda

 

Wednesdays:           9:00 am    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga with Bonnie

 

Thursdays:               6:15 pm    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga with Rhonda

 

Fridays:                     9:00 am    Yoga + Meditation with Bonnie (Zoom only)

 

Saturdays:                9:00 am    All Levels Vinyasa with Bonnie

 

Bonnie and Rhonda each manage their own class schedules and offerings, and both ask that you register in advance if you plan to attend. The classes are open to anyone interested, although there is a special $12.50 per class drop-in rate for all Good Shepherd church members. 

 

The weekly schedule is subject to change so each instructor will keep you updated regarding their offerings – email Bonnie and Rhonda to be added to their email lists.
