Yoga + Mindfulness


Join UmaLumina Yoga for yoga at Good Shepherd!


Since the summer of 2020, Good Shepherd has hosted yoga and mindfulness classes (in Craig Hall and the beautiful courtyard, weather-permitting) facilitated by Rhonda Bell. These yoga class offerings are suitable for all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels with a focus on mindfulness, breathing, quiet reflection, deep relaxation, increasing flexibility, and building strength. 


The current yoga class offerings at Good Shepherd are as follows:

Mondays:                9:00 am    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

 

Tuesdays:                6:15 pm    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

                                  7:30 pm    Integral Hatha Yoga

 

Thursdays:               6:15 pm    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

 

UmaLumina manages their own class schedule and offerings, and asks that you register in advance if you plan to attend. The classes are open to anyone interested, although there is a special $12.50 per class drop-in rate for all Good Shepherd church members.
